Accident Management Process
Call us from the scene of the accident and we will have one of our network of recovery operators collect your vehicle and bring it to our secure storage facility.
We will supply a "like for like" vehicle and deliver it to your home or place of work as quickly as possible. We will then instruct an independent engineer to inspect your damaged vehicle.
If the vehicle is a total loss "write off" you will be able to keep our hire vehicle until you have been paid out by the at-fault driver’s insurer. If your vehicle is repairable we will repair it in our own fully equipped body shop, you can retain the hire vehicle until repairs are complete.
We work alongside an expert panel of Solicitors who deal with the insurers on our behalf, they will also be able to advise you in respect of any potential personal injury claim.
