If you are at fault for the accident and have the benefit of fully comprehensive insurance, we can recover your vehicle and will send our bill to your own insurance company.

If you are unsure in respect of liability we would advise that you do not accept any liability whatsoever for the accident and contact one of our experienced claims handlers.
